excellent model. Its awesome!
The only thing I can see is the bubbles that are exiting the sharks mouth, because... sharks don't exhale really at all, and certainly not from the mouth. The other thing is the top dorsal fin, which just seems wrong, but I have a feeling your model has that correct.
But I don't care. This is art, not an anatomy class on sharks, and you have done an excellent job with the detail in the cuts and lighting, which is just incredible!
+my max!

Still, aesthetic.. but score isnt given for aesthetic qualities as much as real skill.
Not that this isnt skill. Just, dont worry what I have to say because 3d models arent my cup of tea

i would have added lightrays casted from the watersurface though ..
like volume light , that water doesnt look like water
also .. Airbubles from its mouth ?
O_o
also its too clean
water would have a lot of dirty particles flowing around ..
being sturred up by the shark

Sharks take much of their prey from the waters surface..seals...sea birds...surfers (haha)....when they strike they take in huge quantities of air as well as their hapless victim...most of the air is expelled thruogh the gills...but some will certainly escape from the mouth as well!
I guess maybe its the photoshop over painting...but I've never seen a 3d model this good...or maybe it's because you're a superb artist and not a computer jock?
for what it's worth ...top marks

This reminds me of the 3D artwork "Great White" made with 3dsmax and Combustion (I don't remember the artist's name), but this one of yours has a style. If you have some more little fish in the background then this can be mistaken as a photo
